  Every time I go here there is an issue. Either they didn't pay me correctly or they take back everyone else in front of me and they take forever to hook you up and unhook you. My husband and I go at the same time. Even if I get done at the kiosk first they take him back and hook him up. By the time he is done I am at halfway when I should've been done way before him. The place is a joke. I'm a pretty positive person but this place really does frustrate people. Not all people get the same treatment as I did. Needless to say I won't be returning to that location. Matter of fact I'm waiting on them to load money on my card because they didn't do their jobs correctly. Oh yeah they have a ton of tvs in there and their employees get "grounded" for watching football and everyone of the donor can't watch tv. How can you penalize donors for something YOUR EMPLOYEES DID. POOR MANAGEMENT. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option yet.

  This place truly sucks. My husband has been donating here for 3 years, it's now 2017, and they just now defer him for a tongue piercing that he received in 2013 before he ever began donating. But because they did their paperwork wrong it was never in his file that he had a piercing. The new manager Theresa sucks bad and the whole place in ran horribly. All the staff talks bad about her but they are afraid to stand their ground. One staff member stood her ground about how bad Theresa but she was fired. I personally had a coombs test done in 2015 through them which they said came back positive so I was deferred. Well that scared me so I went to my doctor and had the test redone 3 times which they all came back negative. My doctor gave me a letter to show to Theresa and my tests to prove I was negative but all Theresa had to say was once I was positive I always was. Yet the paper Theresa gave me clearly stated it could be a FALSE POSITIVE. A male staff memeber asked her if they could retest me there and she told him no they don't do retest because it wouldn't come back different. So now I'm in the system with a positive coombs test and can never donate plasma anywhere all because of this idiot manager. The place used to be perfectly fine before Theresa was ever manager.
