  Very rude over the phone. He gave me a call back for a concern I had over my husbands surgery/recovery and was very rude towards me, and rushed to end the barely 2 minute phone call. I understand that it's the weekend, but that is no excuse to be so quick and rude concerning another person's health. Even if they aren't necessarily your patient, they are a patient of the office you work at.

  Dr. Palmer is an amazing Doctor/Surgeon. I would highly recommend him because you can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. He never makes you feel rushed, answers all questions throughly, and is very empathic to whatever problem you may be dealing with. I recently moved 3 hours away, and I still go to him if necessary. He is one of the best doctors I've ever been too.

  Dr Palmer is by far the best surgeon I have been referred to. He is very kind courteous and very open with his patients. I have never felt so comfortable in a surgeon's office .
