  Medical Neglect I am disgusted with the practices of this clinic. They treat people like cattle! Dr. Ian Elliot is my thyroid Doctor and the level of concern when a patient calls due to a blood work report and the thyroid is so critically low that it maybe life threatening refuse to address the five phone calls made to his office Speaking to Camille 5 different times~~I explained to her that the Thyroid levels where even at critical levels and that the Cleveland clinic Doctors had forwarded the information and requested that he follow up with me!! It now has been 7 days with not one call back! Yes I can choose another Dr. and I will but if you miss your appointment there they charge you a $30.00 fee and if you miss any scheduled appointment more than once they refuse to see you anymore! they should not have a great or even good rating as they refuse to take care of the patient all the way they do not care what your issue is unless your in the office paying a large fee~~~ Your Desired Resolution: That the physician and the corporate people treat people better and that this Physician will not charge me for my records and give me no trouble in transferring them to a Physician who will take complete care of the patient~
