  Long wait, not ready for appt. Times. Rude reception and phone skills. You feel like you just walked into a dental chop shop. A tip to anyone thinkong of going here...just find a different place.

  I wish I could give this place NO STARS, as they do not deserve even one. Let me start with I myself work for a dentist and get calls everyday from other offices that are looking for records of a mutual patient that may have moved to another area. This is NO PROBLEM at all, as long as we have a release of records on file. I had the release for a former patient of Dental Definitions, signed and in hand when I called at 830am on a Weds, and spoke to Jeff. He was immediately rude as I identified myself as a fellow dental provider looking for records on a former patient of theirs, from them. He abruptly told me to call back in 20 mins bc " I dont have time for this right now", EXCUSE ME???? I was not pleased, however I needed to help my patient access not only her X-Rays, but most importantly, what type of anesthesia they had used at this office when doing a filling on her, as that sent her to the ER, UNABLE TO BREATHE. I called back as he had asked, this time I got Kaitlyn. I again explained my position and stated the patient was in our office right now waiting to have her filling placed. Kaitlyn said " the computer says we never did a filling on her". I reminded her of the allergy, that pt had and that we did not want her to have the same reaction here , in our office , so could she please pull the actual chart and tell me the name of the anesthesia they used? To my disbelief, SHE HUNG UP ON ME!! I thought maybe I was disconnected on accident and immediately called back, identified myself and she hung up again!! OMG...I Seriously could not believe this was happening (remember I had THEIR former patient in OUR office waiting for a filling) I bet you can imagine what happened next... Yes I CALLED back!!! This time I got Jeff again. ~Insert eye roll here...He started by being very disrespectful in tone and tried saying that I was the one being rude and yelling at HIS staff ? I couldn't believe my ears but remained 100% calm and professional during the entire call. I repeated my need for info on a patient who had a serious reaction to anesthesia administered at his location. He immediately got angry, saying the don't give anesthesia to patients, they only use NOVOCAIN!!?? I was beyond frustrated at this point( bc anesthesia IS Novocain) so changed the subject to x-rays. He told me that the patient was there very long ago so xrays are "no good" and out of date. This was not true, as she was there only TWO years ago, and some xrays are good for five years. My office is a FAMILY practice and we try to save our patients as much money as possible, not to mention radiation levels!! I kindly asked Jeff if I could get copies of the xrays sent to our office, and he again became RUDE, saying I needed a signed release, I interjected that I DO have a release in hand.. He then hung up on me AGAIN. I still have not received the info about what type of anesthesia caused the allergic reaction!! I tried calling back, and to my disbelief, they would only pick up the phone and slam it back down again!! All I can say is I hope they go out of business soon bc THAT is a terrible way to treat another dental office, so I can only imagine what they say or how they treat the poor unexpecting patient that may not read reviews before going to this TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL "office"!!! My best advice for anyone looking for a new dental office is go for FAMILY PRACTICES, to read reviews, do your research, or ask trusted family or friends whom their dentist is ,so that you do not end up in a place like this!!!! I wouldn't wish this place on my WORST enemy, honestly!!! ~Good luck DD, because you sure are gonna need it!!
